Fishing Gear -
Bring your own equipment or use mine. I recommend 8 or 9 wt. Fly Rods with intermediate or floating lines in spring and summer.
For the fall, I suggest 9 or 10 wt. Fly Rods to handle intermediate and sinking lines.
All my gear is the best available; rods by SCOTT, THOMAS & THOMAS, SAGE, GATTI, T.F.O, ROGUE AND ST. CROIX; reels by ALUTECNOS, ROSS, BAUER, PENN & SHIMANO. I also carry Tippet material flies and lures. I will provide lunch and soft drinks for full day charters on request.
For offshore trips bring 12-14 wt. fly rods or heavy spin or casting tackle. I have stand up gear for light trolling with rods and reels by Penn, Shimano, and Daiwa.
I like to practice catch and release.
