Waters-
Working out of Sag Harbor-from May until early September, I fish the waters of the Peconic Bay and Gardiners Bay out to The Rips of Block Island Sound.

Flyfishing and Light tackle produce weakfish, blues and stripers.

Surface takes from these fish whether on floating fly lines or surface popping lures can be incredibly exciting. I also fish offshore for Blue and Yellow Fin Tuna, Bonito, False Albacore, Mako shark and occasionally Mahi Mahi. Again surface takes on fly or lures will give you an experience to remember.

In the fall I fish out of Montauk for the legendary run of Bass, Blues, and False Albacore.

At this time of year Montauk becomes one of the worlds fishing hotspots with fish crashing the surface for bay anchovies and later on herring bringing bass to forty pounds and over. No wonder the feeding patterns are refereed to as blitzes.
